I have devised a method encase anybody trips over the same problem.

Take percentages;

26.44628

44.628098

19.008265

9.917356

The way this works is as follows;

Round all values down giving us 26, 44, 19, 9. total = 98

We then look at what comes after the decimal.

We see which number taken after the decimal is the highest, then add 1 to the rounded down number associated with it.

so,

9.917356 has the biggest decimal value, so it becomes ten. we are now on 99 total.

next is 44.628098, which becomes 45.

giving us final numbers of 26, 45, 19, 10. total = 100.

enjoy!
